AC Milan's ban from European football has been overturned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. They can now take part in the Europa League in the coming season: AC Milan
The CAS noted that 'there were some important elements that could not properly be assessed by the Adjudicatory Chamber - most significantly the improvement of the Club's financial situation as a result of the recent change of ownership.'
The case has been referred back to Uefa for 'proportionate disciplinary measures'.
