The owners of Sheffield United, Kevin McCabe and Prince Abdullah, have fallen out so badly that they have ended up in the High Court: Dispute
One area of disagreement is the funding of players for next season. Mr Justice Fancourt has been asked to make decisions for the first half of the season, as the case will take some time to come to trial.
The court was told that the club was 'consistently loss-making', as almost all outside the Premier League are. The club needs £10m to operate between now and January.
