Wimbledon call for EGL action against Covid hit clubs

AFC Wimbledon's chief executive has called on the EFL to take tough measures against clubs like Charlton and Portsmouth who have been unable to field a matchday squad because of Covid-19, claiming that the Wombles have done a better job of containing Covid.
